1. HOW LONG IS THE FRANCHISING TERM? The franchise initial term is five (5) years.

2. ARE THE FRANCHISE CONTRACTS RENWEABLE? Yes, all out franchise contracts are renewable. For the full sotre (70sqm-120sqm) two (2) renewals of five (5) years.

3. HOW MUCH TO INVEST FOR ANTZ THE BREAD FACTORY? The franchise package for 70sqm-80sqm ranges from 2-3million and 4-5million for 100sqm-120sqm.

4. HOW MUCH IS YOUR ROYALTY FEE? Our royalty fee is 3% of gross sales.

5. WHO LOOKS FOR THE STORE'S LOCATION? When you apply for Antz The Bread Factory fracnhise, you may propose a site location but subhect to verification and evaluation. Antz The Bread Factory may recommend a site in case we see potential specific.

6. WHO SOURCES OUT YOUR MANPOWER? Ideally, the franchisee should source out their crew members, but we do offer assistance to the franchisee through our HR.

7. DO YOU PROVIDE TRAINING FOR THE CREW MEMBERS? Yes, we do. Part of the training program will be conducted at one of our company-owned outlet, fifteen (15) days for a full store. The rest of the training program will be held on-site at the franchisee.

8. HOW DO YOUR OPERATIONS GO ON A DAILY BASIS? All operational procedures and guidelines will be discussed during the franchisee's training period and you will be given a franchise operations manual.

9. WILL THE FRANCHISOR OFFER ASSISTANCE DURING THE OPENING? Guidelines and support will be given by our marketing department for all store openings. Operational assistance will also be given.

10. WHAT IS MY ROI (RETURN OF INVESTMENT? The amount of money a franchisee can expect to make will greatly depend on numerous factors such as locations and operational cost.
